(Home World: Noble Born) Fourth-born of the powerful Navarre dynasty, Nymeros was trained since a very young age to one day command one of the voidships of his father's fleet.

(Birthright: Vaunted) While his training was rigorous, he was not denied the many distractions available to his caste, and he made quite a name for himself among the young, thrill-seeking nobility of the dynasty's home planet. It was during these years that he met Selindra of House Sarakhen, a noblewoman who shared his passions and taste for danger.

(Lure of the Void: Chosen by Destiny) He surprised his father when he revealed his desire to take advantage of the Warrant of Trade, and explore the unknown regions beyond the Imperium together with Selindra. His brothers had settled to travel the known routes established by the dynasty, but Nymeros always felt that a greater Fate awaited him in the void.

(Trails and Travails: High Vendetta) Out there in the uncharted void he faced many dangers, and saw many wonders. Yet his greatest challenge would come from his own blood. Angered by Nymeros' success and growing fame, his older brother Nartheus plotted his assassination, even going as far as to hire Chaos worshippers to perform the deed. Luckily for Nymeros they failed, but in the botched attempt Selindra was gravely wounded. The Master Enginseer of the Quaesitor Aeternam saved her life, but to this day she survives in a coma-like state only thanks to the machines she's attached to.

(Motivation: Prestige) Even though he wants to avenge Selindra, Nymeros wants even more to bring her back. And so he travels the Void, and will conquer planets and entire sectors in the name of the Emperor, hoping He'll notice him above all others, make him one of his favourites, and reward him by bringing back his lost love. Or maybe, somewhere on a lost planet, a Xeno civilization has the knowledge to do what the Emperor will not...
